Vitamin M For Mental Health™ - We are firm believers that our clients’ mental health is vital to their success in coping with the stress of a criminal case. We will be offering tips, app recommendations, and other resources for our clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or other concerns during our representation. Asking about physical symptoms and conditions is normal, but because mental health challenges can’t be seen, they aren’t always addressed. There has also been judgment and stigma in the past about dealing with depression, anxiety and other similar conditions. Self-esteem issues affect everyone, and being labeled a “criminal” can have negative effects on your view of yourself. Mental health awareness emphasizes self-care and self-compassion, as well as changing negative thought patterns and living mindfully in the present moment. We are working to normalize mental health being as important as physical health in our clients’ overall wellness. Nobody should have to suffer alone or in silence.
